Government to Government Commitment

Since May 2024, we have been working hand in hand with Provias Nacional, thanks to a (G2G) contract between the Government of Japan and the Government of Peru, represented by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC).

The signing of this contract and our performance during its execution will be supported by our commitment to excellence. At Consortium PMO Road 4 Axis - Amazonas we transform the management of road infrastructure projects with an innovative and sustainable approach. Our purpose is to lead the implementation of the Definitive Solution for the Durán Bridge - Wawico Bridge - Santa María de Nieva/Nuevo Siasme - Saramiriza Corridor, in collaboration with the governments of Peru and Japan. Our team, integrated by the consortium of the renowned Japanese companies Nippon Koei Co., Ltd., and Nippon Koei Latin America - Caribbean Co., Ltd., brings a vast experience in technical assistance and project management.

Our Services as PMO

Technical Assistance: We provide guidance and technical support in all phases of the project, ensuring that the proposed solutions comply with international standards.

Procurement and Contract Management: We plan and execute international procurement strategies for the contracting of services in each phase, including works and supervision.

Knowledge and Technology Transfer: We enhance the institutional and technical capabilities of Provias Nacional personnel in the management of road infrastructure projects, to operate and maintain the works effectively.
